4. Behavior & Conduct

• All guests must maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other customers.

• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal and possible permanent ban.

• Fighting, drug use, or illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement.

5. Alcohol & Drugs

• Unless properly licensed, no outside alcohol is allowed.

• The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed without refund.

6. Property & Equipment

• Customers are financially responsible for any damage to hookahs, hoses, furniture, Electronics, or other property.

• Hookah coals must be handled by staff only.

• Equipment misuse or tampering will result in penalties or bans.

7. Reservation & Seating Policy

• Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise reserved.

• Time limits may apply during peak hours.

• A minimum purchase may be required per person or per table.

8. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to flavor, service time, or personal preference.

• In case of equipment failure, management will offer replacement or credit at their discretion.
